Man Arrested at Apple store for Gun threats

A frustrated customer in the store Apple Kenwood Towne Center Thursday afternoon ended up going to jail after police say he showed an employee a gun. According to court records, Donald Goodrich, 38, of Westwood, was frustrated his iPhone was not working properly.
He told the employee he was "so crazy, it could set off a 9mm in it." The employee allegedly told Goodrich that there was no need then, Goodrich told the clerk, "I will now. Look!"

Goodrich then allegedly opened the right side of his shirt, showing a black, a 9mm pistol. Goodrich had a gun permit.

The employee said he had Goodrich get your landline and accompanied him to more of a technician at the store, he told his manager, who called the police.
Goodrich is charged with aggravated menacing, causing fear of harm to an Apple employee.

He also faces a charge carrying of concealed weapons for not telling the deputy he had a gun.
