A frustrated customer in the store Apple Kenwood Towne Center Thursday afternoon ended up going to jail after police say he showed an employee a gun. According to court records, Donald Goodrich, 38, of Westwood, was frustrated his iPhone was not working properly. He told the employee he was "so crazy, it could set off a 9mm in it."
