Nintendo admits the iPhone and iPod hurt their sales

Nintendo is making a killing with their Wii and KAL, but the slowed economy and increased competition from products of their cash cow is no longer throwing money.  It seems they have seen their profits fall 66 percent during the fourth quarter of this year.
